Using the Dataportal
The Data Portal v2 Home Dashboard
1- Show/Hide Menu Pane Button
This button allows you to hide and restore the menu pane on the left of the screen.
2 - Enter/Exit Fullscreen Mode
This button allows you to enter and exit full screen mode for the dashboard. You can also press ESC to exit full screen mode.
3 - Profile Info/Menu
Clicking on your name or icon in the top right of the screen will open the profile menu, which shows your name and user level and also allows access to change your password and logout.
4 - Menu
The menu gives you access to the Main Dashboard page and the Radio’s page.
Please note that depending on your level of access, not all Menu items may be available. If you believe you do not have access to an option you should have, please contact your manager or Taggle Support.
Dataportal
The Dataportal dropdown gives you access to
Overview - this is the default Home page, with the Filter selection drop-down and the overview of data as per https://taggle.jira.com/wiki/spaces/TKB/pages/6873907201 .
Data - this area gives you access to the detailed data, graphs and export information from https://taggle.jira.com/wiki/spaces/TKB/pages/6873939969 .
Survey
The Survey dropdown gives you access to
Report - this area allows you to retrieve current and historical data regarding device swipe information as per the reporting functionality detailed in https://taggle.jira.com/wiki/spaces/TKB/pages/6908018696.
Swipe - this area is used to listen to device swipes in real time, providing useful information about the swipe as shown in https://taggle.jira.com/wiki/spaces/TKB/pages/6908018996.
5 - Filters / Customer Selection Drop-down
The Filters area allows you to select from the list of Customers that your login has access to.
