Summary
Under the Dataportal - Overview menu option, use the Filters drop-down to select the customer data to view.
Once you select the customer data to view, click the Search button to display the overview information in card and map formats.
Cards
Activated Tags
This card shows the number of activated tags for this customer.
Sold Tags (not Activated)
The number of tags sold to the customer that have not get been activated.
Application types
This card shows the number of different types of Applications or Types of tags for this customer. Examples are Meters, V200HT, Pressure Sensors and Level Sensors.
Map
Tag Details, Zoom, Tag ID Search and Filtering
Tag Details
Clicking on the coloured dot for each tag will bring up a block of information regarding the tag.
Zoom
Using the mouse you are able to zoom in and out of the map to locate the tag/s you are searching for.
Tag ID Search
You can use the Search box at the top right of the map to enter a Tag ID to show only that tag on the map, allowing you to quickly show it and obtain it’s information.
Filtering
You are able to use the ‘Display’ filter at the top left of the map to show All, Tags Only or Receivers only.
Colour Meaning
Please note that these colour meanings are currently under review (as at 2023-04-05) and may be updated at any time. This is due to the expanding range of sensors and possible statuses of the applications and tags in the Dataportal.
Colour | Definition |
|---|---|
Blue | Transmissions from the tag are being heard from normally. |
Yellow | Transmissions from the tag are being heard from intermittently. |
Red | Transmissions from the tag are not being heard from normally. |
Black | This is a receiver. |
