Taggle will be providing security and major bug fixes only.
Can I request enhancements to Data Portal v2?
Taggle will not be accepting or implementing any enhancements to Data Portal v2.
Is Data Portal v2 a chargeable service?
Taggle does not charge for access to Data Portal v2. Please note that due to this there are also no Service Level Agreements or Support Contracts, therefore there would be a lower expectation of the level of service provided.
Why do I only have access to one customer account when I need access to multiple accounts?
