Tag Information and Export
Data Dashboard
The Data Dashboard allows access to detailed information, graphs and also allows exporting of data in CSV format.
1 - Customer
Use the Customer drop-down to select from the list of Customers that your login has access to.
Please note that there will be one option in the dropdown list. If you require access to multiple customer accounts, please see Access, Authentication and Passwords | Accessing multiple customer accounts for details.
2 - Date Range
The From and To Date fields are pre-populated with the previous 7 days. Click on the numbers in the date fields to change them manually or click the calendar icon to use the date picker tool.
3 - Applications
You must select the Application Type before specifying the Tags for which you require information. The list will provide options for the types of applications and sensors that your dataset has.

4 - Tags
In the Tags field, a list of the available tags will be available. You can choose from the list by scrolling. Alternatively, if you start to type the tag number it will narrow down the list to allow you to search faster.
The Tags field is also multi-select, so you can view multiple tag’s data at the same time.
Once you have the tag/s you would like the data for, you can use the Search or CSV buttons to show or download the data for the tags.
Please note - if there is no data available for a tag or group of tags, the CSV button will not be visible.
Search
Clicking Search will show any errors found whilst retrieving the data and if data exists will display the graphs showing the retrieved data in a visual format.
You are able to zoom in and out inside the graphs to get more details for a specific time and date range. Left click and drag to select the range you need and the graph will zoom to your selection. To reset back to the original view, use the ‘Reset zoom’ button that appears at the top right of the graph.
CSV
If there is data available for the tags you have selected, you can download it in CSV format by clicking the CSV button.
