Getting Started
This section walks you through everything you need to get up and running with Aqualus Water. Work through the steps below in order the first time you use the application.
Before you begin
Aqualus Water is a web-based application — you do not need to install any software. You only need a supported browser and a stable internet connection. Check System Requirements to confirm your browser is supported.
Step 1: Access the application
Aqualus Water is accessed via a URL specific to your organisation. Your system administrator will provide this URL. See Accessing the Aqualus Water Application for full details.
Step 2: Log in
Enter your username and password on the Aqualus Water login screen. Your credentials are set up by your system administrator — contact them if you have not yet received your login details. See Logging in to Aqualus Water for full details.
Step 3: Change your password
The first time you log in, change your password from the temporary one provided by your administrator. See Changing your Password for full details.
Step 4: Understand the navigation
After logging in you'll see the Home Dashboard. The main navigation menu on the left gives you access to all sections of the application — Reports, Network, Field Operations, and System Configuration. See Navigating Aqualus Water for a full overview of the interface.
Step 5: Run your first report
Reports are the primary tool for analysing your water network data. To run a report, select it from the navigation menu, set your search parameters, and click Search. See Running Reports for a full walkthrough.
