Navigating Aqualus Water

Aqualus Water uses a consistent layout across all pages. Once you know how the navigation works, you can move through the system quickly.

Header bar

The header runs across the top of every page. It contains the Home button, the main menu, the search bar, your profile menu, the Help menu, and the Logout button. These elements are always visible regardless of which page you're on.

Open

Home

The Home button will bring you back to the Home dashboard in Aqualus Water.

Main menu

The main menu sits in the header. Hover over a menu category to expand it and see the available reports and functions for that section.

My Profile

Hover over My Profile in the header to open the My Profile menu. From here you can change your password and manage your API key. See My Profile for details.

Search

The search bar is in the header. Use it to find properties, meters, and AMRs from any page. See Search for full details on quick and advanced search.

Help menu

The Help menu in the header gives you access to:

• User Manual — links to this user guide

• Contact Local Support — opens a pre-addressed email to the Aqualus Water support address

• Contact System Support — links to the Taggle Service Desk

• Revision History — links to the change log for your instance

Logout

Click Logout in the header to end your session. You'll be returned to the login page. Aqualus Water will also log you out automatically after 20 minutes of inactivity — see Automatic Logout for details.

Footer bar

The footer at the bottom of every page shows Help, Privacy information, your current instance, Application information and Copyright information
