Logging in to Aqualus Water
When you open Aqualus Water, you'll be prompted to log in. You can log in using a username and password, or via Single Sign-On (SSO) if your organisation has it enabled.
Logging in with a username and password
Enter your username and password in the login fields.
Click Log In.
If your credentials are correct, the Home Dashboard will open.
If you enter incorrect details, you'll be prompted to try again.
Logging in with Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organisation uses SSO, your Windows credentials are used automatically — you won't need to enter a username and password. Select the SSO option on the login page if it isn't the default.
Resetting your password
If you've forgotten your password:
Click Reset Password on the login page.
Enter your username and email address.
Click Reset. A new password will be sent to your email address.
Once you've received the new password, log in and change it to something memorable via My Profile.
