System Requirements

Aqualus Water is a web-based application. It runs entirely in your browser — no software installation is required.

Any modern device capable of running a supported web browser and connecting to the internet (or your organisation's intranet) will work.

Supported browsers

The following browsers are supported. Always use the latest available version.

• Google Chrome (recommended)

• Microsoft Edge

• Mozilla Firefox

Note: Internet Explorer is not supported. If you are currently using Internet Explorer, switch to one of the browsers above before accessing Aqualus Water.

Connectivity

A stable internet or intranet connection is required. Connection requirements will vary depending on your organisation's hosting arrangement — contact your system administrator if you are unsure whether your network is configured correctly.

Device

No minimum hardware specification is required beyond what is needed to run a modern browser. Aqualus Water is tested and supported on desktop and laptop computers. Tablet use is supported for the Aqualus Water Mobile App — see the Aqualus Water Mobile App user guide for field device requirements.
