Aqualus Water
What do each of the user roles do in User Management?
Aqualus Water uses role-based access control to determine what each user can see and do. The key roles are:
Role | Access level |
|---|---|
systemAdministrator (Level 1) | Full system access including user management, system configuration, and all reports |
systemAdministrator (Level 2) | System administration excluding user management |
generalUser | Standard access to reports and day-to-day functions |
readOnly | View-only access — cannot create, edit, or delete records |
mobileUser | Required for access to the Meter Reading File Export functionality. Enable this role for billing and rates staff who need to generate export files. |
publicUser | Customer portal access only |
