Running Reports
Aqualus Water reports are accessed from the main menu. Most reports follow the same pattern: set your parameters, run the report, review the results.
How to run a report
Select the report from the relevant menu item in the left-hand navigation.
Set your search parameters in the parameters panel. Different reports offer different filter options — common parameters include date range, suburb, scheme, and DMA.
Click Search (or Run, depending on the report) to generate results. This button is at the bottom of the parameters panel.
Some reports run automatically when you navigate to them, displaying default results straight away. You can still refine these results by adjusting the parameters and clicking Search again.
Exporting results
Many reports include an Export to Excel or Export to CSV option. Where available, this button appears at the bottom of the results panel. Use exports when you need to work with the data outside of Aqualus Water, such as for billing, further analysis, or record-keeping.
Tips
If a report returns no results, check that your date range and filters are not too narrow.
Some reports have a large number of result columns — use your browser's horizontal scroll or export the results to view all columns comfortably.
