Create Assessment

Assessments

The following Search parameters can be populated to find Assessment data; 

  • Owner / Customer Name

    • Part or all of the customer's name. This field will be searched against all names of individual customers and company names for properties which are associated with those customers

  • Address

    • To filter on all or part of the property address

  • Suburb

    • To filter on all or part of the Suburb name

  • Street

    • To filter on all or part of the street name

  • Assessment No

    • To filter on a current or past association of a water account to a property

  • Meter No

    • To filter on a meter number



Search results contain the following data; 

  • Assessment No

  • Property Address

  • Owner(s)

  • Postal Address

  • Assigned Meters

  • Operations menu

    • View / Modify and Delete item

 

The manage companion data section is available to users with system administrator access only. 

If new data is required for the Properties group, you are able to access the  form via either the Manage Companion Data

  • Assessments Search / Search results forms. 

On entry to the create Assessment form, you are presented with four sections to populate;

Water Account Details

  • Water account No

    • The Water Account number

  • External Key Ref 

    • The unique water account identifier

  • Property Address

    • The formatted physical address for the property

  • Check Digit

    • The Water account check digit

  • Signup Code

    • A unique code for this water account that can e used by a customer to register the Water account in the public portal

  • Anniversary Date

    • Date water account is billed

  • *Account Type

    • (Configurable on request)

 

 

Rateable Values (Collapsed by default - use  to expand the section) 

  • Current Value

    • The current rateable value of the water account

  • Current Value Date

    • The date that the current rateable value of the water account was calculated

  • Previous Value

    • The previous rateable value of the Water account 

  • Previous Value Date

    • The date that the previous rateable value of the water account was calculated



Customer Associations

  • Customer

    • Name of the customer associated to the Assessment / key ref

  • Start / End Dates

    • The Start and end dates the between the customer and the water account



Water Account Allowances (Collapsed by default - use  to expand the section) 

  • Amount (kL)

    • The size of the allowance in kL

  • Start & End Dates

    • Start and end of the allowance period

 

 

Controls: 

 Will return you to the Manage Companion Data Assessments search/ results page

Validates and Saves the New Assessment / water account and opens a new blank Create Assessment/ Water Account form

 Validates and Saves the new Assessment/ Water Account and redirects you to the Manage Companion Data - Assessments page
