Create a New Advice
Use this page to record a meter or AMR installation, replacement, or removal. A replacement is a combination of a removal followed by an installation.
Access Create a New Advice from AMR Management in the main menu.
How to create an advice
The parameters panel opens automatically when you navigate to this page.
Fill in the required fields. As you complete fields, additional fields may appear to capture the details relevant to the type of advice you're recording.
When all required fields are complete, click Save or Save and New.
Save — saves the advice and returns you to the AMR Management menu.
Save and New — saves the advice and resets the form ready for the next entry.
Click Cancel at any time to discard your changes and return to the AMR Management menu.
Finding a reference number: To search for an existing reference rather than typing it manually, click the search icon next to the Reference field. Enter your criteria in the popup, click Search, and select the reference you need.
