02FEB26 - C&I Customer Portal

This session covered the new functionality in the Customer Portal for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) properties - properties with multiple meters. 

New functionality includes:

• The usage graph on the Customer Portal Property Dashboard now breaks down water consumption by water type (e.g., potable, recycled, raw). This enhancement provides clearer insight into consumption patterns and is particularly beneficial for commercial and industrial customers managing multiple water sources.

• Consumption alerts in the Customer Portal can now be set at both the property level and individual meter level. Thresholds can be tailored per meter to accommodate different usage patterns, providing greater flexibility for commercial and industrial customers.

• Leak alert thresholds in the Customer Portal can now be configured per meter, enabling more accurate leak detection when multiple meters serve a single property. This supports varied operational usage patterns commonly seen in commercial and industrial environments.
