11NOV25 - Customer Conference
On the 11th and 12th of November, we had the pleasure of welcoming a number of Taggle’s customers to Sydney for our Customer Conference.
The event was a fantastic opportunity for cross-sharing experiences and learnings, with updates from the Taggle team, presentations by you, our customers, feedback opportunities and interactive round-table discussions bringing everyone together to learn, share, and grow through peer-to-peer engagement.
In a non-competing industry where water utilities work toward similar goals, connections truly matter. Collaboration and open sharing of experience spark new ideas, strengthen best practice, and help all of us deliver better outcomes for our communities.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, and to those who presented. Your insight, openness, and engagement are what made the event such a success.
A special thank you to Andrea Thayer from Mackay Regional Council presenting on the Circular Economy of End of Life Devices, Darren Milverton from Barwon Water for covering C&I and Customer Management, Doug Moorby from Narromine Shire Council for sharing experience on Reducing Losses with DMA’s, Rian Sullings from Sydney Water who shared insights on Digital Metering at Scale, and Mark Williams from GWMWater for covering their Renewal Program and Pressure Management Trial.
From Taggle’s side David Peters provided updates on Taggle’s latest innovations, Cameron Churchus walked through our Hardware Roadmap, Ashlynn Davies covered the Software Roadmap including a deep dive into how pressure management can be used to reduce water losses and improve the longevity of infrastructure.
As we look ahead, we’re excited to keep this momentum going and continue to create spaces to share ideas, learn from one another, and support the incredible work our customers do for their communities every day.
Our next Customer Conference will be held in August next year. Stay tuned for when the dates are finalised.

Next Year
Following the success of the event we are planning the next Customer Conference to be held in late August 2026 in Sydney. Stay tuned for further details.
