How to: Create an Advice Batch?
Go to Main Menu → Field Operations → Advice Batches
Click on Create Batch
Choose your preferred method to create an Advice Batch
This Document focuses on the “List from file“ Method
Click on List from file to download the BatchAdviceTemplate_v2.csv CSV File and fill in the list of Jobs to be performed by the field staff and save the file.
Click on the BatchAdviceTemplate and download the CSV File and fill in the list of Jobs to be performed by the field staff and save the file.
Upload the Saved Template file in the Create Batch screen which validates the entries in the template and creates an Advice Batch.
You could either choose to assign the new Batch to a selected device or leave the field black for the batch to be picked up from any tablet.
