Disabling Emails

Disable all but Password Reset and Account Created

In System Constants, set onlyEnablePasswordResetAndCreateAccountSentToUser to 1

This will disable the following emails.

Please note that these cannot be selected individually, enabling this setting will disable all of the emails listed.

  • Request to Register Property Approved

  • Agent Permission Granted

  • Registration Request by Tenant and Agent

  • Reminder Sent for Tenant and Agent Registration

  • Request to Register Property Denied

  • Changes to Property Ownership Detected

  • Incorrect Meter Reading Request Processed

  • AMR Installed at Registered Property

  • Weekly Water Usage Report

  • Monthly Water Usage Report

 

Customer disabling of Emails

Customers using the Customer Portal can also go to Alerts > Manage Your Alerts to enable/disable the following emails:

  • Weekly Water Usage Report

  • Monthly Water Usage Report

  • Possible Leak Alert/Warning

  • High Water Consumption Alert/Warning
