Flag for Investigation

There are a couple of ways you are able to flag a Meter/AMR for Investigation.

One is via the Operations menu in the top right of the page or via the Flag for Investigation History section.

Once you have selected to Flag a meter for investigation and orange flag icon is placed in the Flag for Investigation History section along with the timestamp, user and Description.

Once saved, the flag for investigation button is replaced with a ‘Clear Flag for Investigation’ option.

Selecting this button will add a new row to the Flag for Investigation History and an Action Icon labelled 'Removing Flag' along with the timestamp, user and the description.
