Change Password

Move your mouse over the My Profile option on the header bar and click Change Password option to change your Customer Portal password. You may change your password at any time.

Current Password - Enter your Current Password.

 

New Password - Enter your New Password. The password that you provide must be suitably complex in order to protect your account. It must adhere to the following rules:

  • Minimum of 8 characters long.

  • Must contain both uppercase and lowercase alphabetic characters (at least 1 of each

  • Must contain at least one numeric character (0-9).

 

Re-Enter New Password - Confirm the new password by re-entering it.

 

Save Password

Click Save Password to save the new password. A confirmation will appear stating the password has been changed successfully.

 

Cancel

Click Cancel to stop the registration process.
