Home Dashboard
This is the Home Dashboard for the Customer Portal. From the home dashboard you can access information relating to all properties registered to your account. Because the header bar appears on every page within the Customer Portal you can click the Home link at any time to return to this screen.
Pending Requests
If there are any Pending Requests that require your attention they will be shown on the home dashboard (for more information see Pending Requests).
Notifications
Notifications will be displayed if there are any recent events that you need to be made aware of. Once you have read a notification, click on the Dismiss button to remove it from view.
Allocated Properties
Any properties that have been linked to your registration will be displayed on the home dashboard as well (for more information see Allocated Properties).
NOTE: This view of the Home Dashboard is in Assessment mode.
The Alternate to this view is if the Water Utility you are signed up with has Account mode switched on (as opposed to Assessment mode which is the default).
