Getting Started

This section contains information about how to sign up and log in to the Customer Portal.

To sign up to the Customer Portal you must be at a computer with an internet connection, once you have signed up you can access the Customer Portal from a mobile device.

Open your browser and navigate to web address provided by your council or water utility.
