Advices and Advice Batch Processing
The Aqualus Water Field Operations App is used to capture advices. The term advice refers to any work performed on a meter or AMR/tag, including new installations, replacements and removals.
An advice can be saved, even if it does not pass the validation checks, however it cannot be finalised. Advices that are saved but not finalised are added to the Meter and AMR Exceptions list, which are cleared in the Staff Portal using the https://taggle.jira.com/wiki/x/IA_dnQE section.
