Access Permissions

Minimum Specifications
Taggle is in the process of determining recommendations for specific devices, however at this point in time does not have any specific recommendations.
Taggle currently tests and approves the App for the operating system, not for specific devices. This is due to anomalies that arise from a vendor’s implementation of the operating system, their device drivers or if a vendor makes firmware and software updates to their device via OTA or other methods.
The minimum specifications therefore are the base minimum requirements to be able to run the Field Operations App for the operating system listed and are not device specific.

The Connected? status indicates a connection to the site. This status will only be updated if a successful connection to your site has been made. Once the site details have been saved, it may take up to a minute to sync settings to the site. If the device cannot be identified through the site after this point, re-check your configuration details and try again.
Here are the details for the options above:

Troubleshooting
Regional Settings
Regional Settings that affect the Date/Time format can have a negative impact on the ability to save advice and meter read details if they are not set correctly.
Using an American date format, where the month is before the before the date (MM/DD/YYYY) will cause issues where the advice will not be able to be saved.
The Regional format MUST be set to Australia, or any format that specifically has the format for entering the Date as DD/MM/YYYY.
Please ensure that the regional settings on the Android or Windows device have the format DD/MM/YYYY to allow saving of advice and meter read data.
