Installation Instructions

Step 1. Gently unclip and remove the lid from the meter.

 

Step 2. Remove the foil covering the induction sensor and the plastic O-ring if still present.

 

Step 3. Clip the PR6 sensor onto the hinge, replacing the lid.

 

 

Step 4. Screw the sensor over the face of the dial with the bottom clipping into where the lid clips. Place the anti-tamper caps over the top.

 

How to Calculate Pulse Rate

Step 1: Check pulse factor on the meter.

 In the figure , this meter has a factor of 1 (highlighted in yellow, PR7P:1)

 Step 2: Check the k-factor on the sensor. This is the second number after the K

K2 = 100. This output will compensate for reverse flow

 Litres per pulse = meter pulse factor  PR7 K factor
