Installation Instructions

 

NOTE: The sensor contains a glass reed switch and therefore should be handled with care.

Remove the two opposing screws holding the shroud in place.

 

Lift the shroud clear of the counter assembly.

 

Identify the pulse factor you would like to install on. The pulse factors are stated inside the white arrows around the border of the dial face.

 

Up to DN100

Recommended Pulse Factors:

40-125mm

10L/pulse

40-125mm

10L/pulse

150-300mm

 

1000L/pulse

Please note that:

  • The Optical output cannot be used,

  • The 100L/pulse output cannot be used on the versions up to DN100, and

 

Remove the plastic blanking clip to expose the copper can.

 

Clip the probe onto the meter by locating the front dovetail edge. Apply pressure towards the counter until the rear dovetail edge snaps into the sensor holder.

 

Run the cable anti-clockwise inside the base ring to the most convenient exit slot.

 

Refit the shroud using the two screws.
