The face of the RMC meter has 4 smaller dials.

In the above example the 4 dials are labelled:

·         x 1/10th LITRE
·         x 1 LITRE
·         x 10 LITRE
·         x 100 LITRE

There is a pre-determined cut-out in the face for the sensor to be installed on.

One full revolution of the smaller dial = 1 pulse.

In the above example, the sensor is installed above the “x 10 LITRE” dial.

A pulse is generated after 1 revolution of the dial, and one revolution of this dial = 100 LITRES,
